Step into the good life

Are you ready to live saved?  Are you ready to reunite with some of the ideas of God that you had when you were young? The ideas that he was a loving, caring and protective God for everybody that wanted him to be that.

   One that would help you live in a wonderful and beautiful place here on earth where people can’t hurt you. And if they did, he’d let them know about it or punish them for it. All we had to do was to try to do good and we would make it through. Some of that stuff didn’t work out to good. Did it so we did like the prodigal son and threw it all away and went out on our own. and all we got into was slop after slop, after slop, after slop. Well, I   lost everything in the places where they raise hogs. I started to realize my mind was going, I thought it felt like it I didn’t know spiritually where I was or what next step to take. I didn’t want any more weed even though I had a bag in my pocket that I had been walking around with for two weeks.  Beer and other things weren’t as appealing any more.   I didn’t know what was going on with me. It was like I was half there. Then an old friend that I had attended church with when I was younger, invited me to an event at the church.  And it seems like something was telling me I should go, that I should be there. And that it was time to come back. And that was the start of this wonderful and beautiful journey I am on now.
